Daikon radish somehow budded.It takes about one and half month to get white big roots.
Spinach
The germination of
spinach in this year is not so good in spite of giving lime.
Wakegi(Allium
wakegi)
A kind of
Welsh onion and is somewhat simmilar to the leek.
Boiled one which dressed with miso(soy beans paste) thinned with
vinegar and sugar is good.
